Guided Meditation (GM) teaches you how to rewire your subconscious of negative thought patterns, leaving room for positive habits to be formed. Our bodies are made up of thousands of cells and each cell can hear what you say/think. Be mindful of what you think and watch how your body transforms!
During my GM, I use a balance of cleansing energy (Reiki style) and spoken affirmations to tap into your subconscious to change thought patterns and provide opportunities for spiritual growth.
Each GM is customed to your need and what your intention for the GM. I teach you the tools to continue to use the GM in your own space after the session.
*all mediation sessions come with Affirmation Video with practice, an affirmation, and crystal. My gift to you for your GM journey.

What is an Energy Cleansing? Well... Energy Cleansing is a gentle & holistic way of removing negative or stagnant energy in your space. Energy affects how we function, how we handle our emotions, and how we present ourselves. Energy Cleansing is like a deep cleaning for your soul & space; remove what no longer is accepted or serves you while making space for positive, loving energy.
What if my house/work space is not clean enough? First off, what is enough... what is dirty to you might be clean to others. What you find to be not acceptable, might be a blessing to others that are homeless or without. When I perform Energy Cleansing, I am not judging you, I am only uplifting you and helping you bring harmony, balance, & peace to your space. Having dirty floors or messy counters is a true blessing!

Examples of Energy Cleansing that I offer include smoke cleansing, crystal placements, custom candles, meditation, & essential oil sprays AND since it is Spring Cleaning time, I am bringing Energy Cleansing to YOU! Here are the different options you can choose...
Basic Goddess- Smoke Cleansing with Sage or Palo Santo and a prayer card= $30 (small fee for mileage) ***May substitute for Essential Oil Spray for additional $10
Deluxe Goddess- Teaching of how to Smoke Cleanse, Smoke Cleansing with Sage or Palo Santo and a prayer card= $50 (small fee for mileage) ***May substitute for Essential Oil Spray for additional $10
